It gives me immense pleasure to share experience regarding my counselling done by Sadhana mam. She has helped during very crucial point of my career when I passed out from Engineering and today I am pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai which is a premier institute in India for management.

Since my childhood, I had a habit of setting boundaries for my likes, dislikes, career options and I used to be always confused or nervous while taking important decisions about my career. This may be because I am introvert in nature since childhood and as per I remember I had to take advice from someone or I was persuaded easily while taking crucial decisions.

During my counselling, I realized that we should not confine ourselves to particular thing but should give chance to explore different options related to personal life or career. After personality test I came to know about myself as an individual in real life. I was advised to gradually improve certain things regarding personality which will be helpful for my career. I was told to work on communication skills, appearance, thought process. As I had confusion about doing M.Tech or MBA or something else after engineering, we had fruitful discussion on this and I decided to prepare for GATE examination. I got admission in NITIE through GATE only.

Sadhana mam used to be always in contact during my preparation period  for continuous evaluation and after that also she helped me during my decision to take admission in NITIE.

In short, counselling from professional can solve your problems. It does not make you dependent but you get a good friend in the form of mentor who can help at certain period of your life when it is difficult for family members to guide you.

I met Sadhana in one of the social events, her knowledge on personal grooming and image-makeover was quite eye-opening. She also took my wife for personal shopping and gave insight on different modules of dressing for positive impression. It was fun and quite inspiring. Her tips on vocal and verbal communication was very useful. She is definitely a great trainer and a very good person.
